"Wealth and glamour abound in the town of Vichy. Summer visitors can enjoy a peaceful stroll in the park, a therapeutic spa bath, or a relaxing afternoon tea with society's finest. There's just one problem — the darn pickpockets! The place is crawling with them, and Lady Hurf and Lord Edgard's two beautiful nieces, Juliette and Eva, are the prime targets of grifters and gold-diggers alike. But even the most hardened criminals are no match for good old-fashioned feminine wile, aristocratic ingenuity and above all else, true love."

  • The Madwoman of Chaillot
by Jean Giraudox, adapted by Maurice Valency
         Director Nancy Cheryll Davis

      Saturdays at 2:00pm - August 5, 12 & 19

"Countess Aurelia may be a woman of the world but she's defiantly not living in it. The Paris-dwelling Countess remains lost in a fantasy world where reveries of a happy past keep her content. Aurelia's eccentric crew of confidantes roam the Chaillot district of Paris in similarly bemused states of mind. But when Aurelia's friends learn that oil drillers are planning to ruin Paris as they know it, they jar the Countess out of her fog, hoping she will save their beloved city."
